Usability testing

Usability testing

Usability testing is a technique used to evaluate a product by testing it on users to measure its capacity to meet its intended purposes. It is in contrast with usability inspection methods which involve experts evaluating a user interface without involving users. Usability testing is important for the success of an end product as it can help identify any confusion amongst its users.
