Bidirectional recurrent neural networks

Bidirectional recurrent neural networks (BRNN) connect two hidden layers in opposite directions to the same output, allowing for simultaneous access to past and future states. Unlike other neural network models, BRNNs do not require fixed input data and can reach future input information from the current state. This makes them particularly useful in tasks like handwriting recognition where context is important for improved performance.
