HSTS

HTTP Strict Transport Security

HSTS is a protocol that helps protect websites from man-in-the-middle attacks by requiring web browsers to interact with the server using only HTTPS connections. It is communicated to the user agent via an HTTP response header field and specifies a period of time during which the user agent should only access the server securely. After the first visit, the protection applies automatically when entering or selecting a URL to the site.
