D3.js is a JavaScript library for creating dynamic, interactive data visualizations in web browsers. It uses SVG, HTML5 and CSS standards and is the successor to the Protovis framework. Version 4.0.0 was released in June 2016, which changed D3 from a single library into a collection of smaller, modular libraries.
