Exponential Extension

Exponential function

The exponential function is an important mathematical function which is used to model a variety of phenomena in pure and applied mathematics. It is defined for all real numbers, has a derivative equal to itself, and its value at 0 is 1. It is closely related to the complex trigonometric functions and can be extended to other mathematical objects. It is also used in many applied settings such as population growth, compound interest, and manufacturing expertise.
